Every project carries its own written warranty, scoped to the actual work. The exact terms are written into your agreement before work starts — that document governs.
Warranty length depends on the type of work. Finish-level items and structural or envelope items age differently, so one flat promise would be dishonest. Your agreement lists each covered position with its own term — up to 10 years on defined positions.
These are typical frames for discussion at the written-estimate stage, not a promise. Your agreement's listed positions govern.

Workmanship on the positions listed in your agreement, within the written scope, specification, and selections approved for the project.
Items outside the written scope, homeowner-supplied materials and their installation defects, unreported third-party alterations, and ordinary wear. Exclusions are listed in the same agreement, not discovered later.
